We bring you a very special recipe, simple, different and for all tastes: a delicious pizza with fresh black truffle.
– 150 gr of wholemeal flour
– 100 gr of white flour
– 150 ml of warm water
– 1 pinch of salt
– 1 splash of olive oil
– 2 sachets of gasifier
– 1 teaspoon of chemical yeast (royal)
– 1 Fresh mozzarella ball
– Cheese spreads (philadelphia type)
– Olive oil
– MyTruff black truffle
We will start preparing the base of the pizza, for this we will put in a bowl the flours, the
gasifier, the salt and a pinch of salt and we will mix it well.
Add a splash of olive oil and make a hole in the center of the ingredients. Pour the water
in this hole and mix with the dry ingredients. When the ingredients are mixed, we go to a
smooth floured surface and knead well. You have to give tension to the dough and make it
Once kneaded we let it rest in a bowl, covered with a damp cloth, at room temperature
(better if the atmosphere is warm).
We have to let it increase in size, at least 30 minutes, although it is better if we can leave
it for 2 or 3 hours. Once the dough has rested, we will have to stretch it. At first it may cost a
bit because it is a mass that is retracted, that is, every time we stretch it will return to the
previous state, but based on hitting it with the roller we will get a smooth and thin base.
For this recipe it is better that the base is quite thin, that it is not thick.Ponemos a

We pour a splash of olive oil on the base. Now with the help of a round-tipped knife,
spread the cream cheese on the base, leaving a couple of centimeters free at the edges. We
also add the mozzarella and finally add some flakes of Parmesan cheese and cut a few slices
of black truffle MyTruff.
Put the pizza on the baking tray that we have in the oven warming up (in this way we will get
a crunchy base) and bake for 10-15 minutes at 200º, making sure that the cheese is not
overcooked (if we see that it is toasted we can lower the oven tray to cook on the bottom).
Once this pizza is cooked, we take it out of the oven and toss a little olive oil over it … or add
some slices of MyTruff black truffle on the pizza.
